How to Resist the Urge to Eat Too Much at Your Wedding

Have you seen a pattern? When things go wrong have you befriended a pint of ice-cream? Or perhaps it’s grabbing DC Limo Service and getting a pizza after a long day of work? Kabobs every Tuesday, and just a little candy when you’re nervous? It happens to the best of us, we find food to be our friendliest crutch. However, with the snapping of photos all day, the pressure to fit into tailored wedding attire, and in hopes to avoid the carb comedown—it’s certainly not a bad idea to get keep tabs on the tendency to want to eat a little too much on the big day.

Grab a wedding limo service near DC and relax. Often it’s stress that causes people to want to eat. The reason we crave certain foods such as chocolate is because this and many other foods release dopamine in our brains, much like a drug would.

Make sure you eat! Catch a meal on a Party Bus DC can eat and ride in. A common issue is thinking that you’re too busy to eat. Skipping meals can cause the body to crave large amounts of food later in the day, better known as binge eating. Make sure you work in three regularly sized meals a day, or six small ones to combat the tendency to overeat later.

Avoid fast food. If you’re flying in and grabbing DC Party Bus for the ride to the venue, try to avoid stopping at a fast food place. Tell your DC Party Bus Rental driver to stop by a grocery store instead. Most fast foods have very little nutritional value and are high in salt. Both of which will make you want to eat more later, and retain water as a result of the high sodium in your body, thus making you bloated.

Reach for fiber filled foods. They make you feel fuller longer.

Choose good snacks like you would choose good DC Limos. Nuts and fruit are a perfect snacking choice.
